Two types of memberships in Land of Lincoln Quarter
Horse Association are available.
A single
membership is appropriate for any person, adult or
youth, who shows and owns his/her own horse. A single membership
is $25.00 per calendar year.
A family membership is intended for
parents and their children (18 years and under). If a youth is
the person showing, but the horse is owned by the parents, a
family membership would be appropriate and necessary for that
person to be eligible for year end awards. A family membership
is $30.00 per calendar year.
LLQHA does not have a separate youth organization with a separate
youth membership. Youth membership is part of a family membership,
or a single membership can be in the youth's name. If the youth's
horse is owned by another family member, a family membership
is necessary to accumulate points towards year end awards.
Once a "child" is no longer eligible for youth,
that person must obtain his/her own single membership. |
